Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Sale items and used goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14-21 working days.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
